Malakai needs help to have broken leg surgery

Donation protected
On Thursday Feb 18th I was the victim of hardcore police brutality which resulted in my right leg being broken(you can read the whole story of what happened below the pictures).

The ambulance took me to the hospital and I have to have surgery which will cost 3600 euros as I have no health insurance.  I have to have this operation by next Thursday or I will have permant damage.  The hospital won't schedule the surgery until they are paid first.

If you can spread the word I need help or donate something to this, I would greatly appriciate it.  My leg is in a cast so I can't go out in the streets and try to make this money myself.

HOW THS HAPPENED

I went to the Rewe at Kottbuser Tor to get stuff to cook for dinner that night.  I got what I needed in my cart and went to check out.  There was a long line so I went to the wine section to get a bottle and sat down until I could go to the checkout without so many people to wait standing.

Some security guy approaches me and says I can't sit there.  I say "OK. I was waiting for check out line". I get up and go to the checkout and this jerk follows me and says "We don't want homeless people in here. You have to leave". I said, "I'm not homeless. I have 200 euros in my bag. Please just leave me alone and I will pay for my stuff and go".

He says "NO. You leave now". At this point another security guy comes and starts in on me too.  My cart is on the moving belt to the cashier. They tell me to come with them to the door. I oblige and ask why they are being such jerks.  I just want to pay for my groceries and leave. They say "Leave or we call the police".  At this point the cashier lady gets into it and throws my groceries in a side binn cursing at me in German.

Dude called the police and so did I. I DID NOTHING EXCEPT SIT DOWN.

I am standing there and these 2 security guys are standing in front of me with extreely aggresive body language.  The police are taking long time so I call them again.  The security guys start moving towards me and I"m like "Wait until the police come"  and told them not to touch me. I used my bag as a shield and swung to make them move back away from me. The second guy lunges at me and throws me on the floor, puts his knee in my back and holds my head down with his arm.

At long last the police come and then  PUT HAND CUFFS ON ME!!!! They get me to my feet and I tell them I just wanted to pay for my groceries and the security were being jerks.  They say let#s go to some private room up some stairs. walk up about 6 stairs and the throw me onto some type of bench with a back and start being eally aggressive. I tell them I called the police because they would let me have my stuff. They are screaming at me WHERE IS YOUR PASSPORT!!! I tell them I have a photo of it in my phone and asked them to please take the handcuffs and I will get it out.  They made the handcuffs tighter and at this point one of them kicked me in my lower right leg.  I was handcuffed, sitting not trying to get up, nor resisting and one of them kicked me.

The 2 security guys are in the room smiling.

Once they confirm my identity they tack the cuffs of and tell me to go. I stand up and my right leg bends backwards athe shin in excruciating pain. I scream and fall back on to the bench and say you people broke my leg. They non-chalantly say "We'll call the ambulance".

When I got to the hospital in the ambulance the driver said I should report this all.  The nurses and doctors all said this is a reall bad broken  leg and you should report it and they called some more police to take my statement.  They had additude with me also but took my statement and said as they left "We will see what the store video says".

In closing, I can tell you what the video will show.  I walked up those stairs and into that room with 5 police.  The video will show I had to be wheeled out by the ambulance people.

With your help these kind of people shall be held accountable.  Right now here in Berlin but soon all over the world
