Making FREE face shields for heath care workers
Donation protected
Hello everyone!
We are a group of neighbors, some of us medical professionals, working to provide desperately needed personal protective equipment to those working on the frontlines of the COVID-19 epidemic. The Ward family with the help of their friends, the Wright and Gayout family, are using 3-D printers and a Cricut machine to create face shields to protect healthcare workers from the virus. After sharing our efforts on social media and being featured on the local news, many people have reached out expressing a need for personal protective equipment. Recognizing the overwhelming need, we want to do our part in providing as many face shields as possible. So far these efforts have been entirely funded by Josh and Sue Ward but because of the increase in need for PPE, we are asking for donations from YOU!
Any donations made to this GoFundMe account will be used exclusively to purchase materials to create more PPE. Any excess funds will be donated to a local institution actively involved in responding to COVID-19. We can be contacted at [email redacted]
