Making Engen's Missoula

Hello, my name is Travis Mateer, and I have a very important story to tell about what happened in Missoula, Montana from October 2019 to February 2020. This story focuses on the community backlash to an attempted use of 16 million in public financing for a massive hotel and convention center to be built by the multi-millionaire Wisconsin transplant, Nick Checota.
