for my Terminally ill Mum with stage 4 Cancer

Hi my name is Jakob I’m fundraising for my mum

Joanne I’m 17 years old and my brother is 18 she’s a single mum to us, And the best mum anyone could ever ask for ,she’s the the most caring kind and amazing human ever, she’s so selfless sometimes too selfless for her own good

she was a trained midwife and spent most of her career caring and saving life’s of kids however despite her amazing nature and being amazing person my mum has

Stage 4 metastasised adenocarcinoma Cancer and it when she was diagnosed back in late 2019 in lockdown it was like the earth came crumbling down for her and our family got the worst card to be dealt with during Lockdown but being the hard fighter she is she’s managed to stay around and fight being on many different medicines and tablets aswell as rounds of very strong radiotherapy with so many ups and downs in her journey

such as when her leg completely broke and snapped during summer 2021 and has never healed right due to her cancer that cause the break leaving her now permanently physically disabled . Even after this event she’s carried on with life proving how strong she is and still even during this time she has been so amazing to others and to me and my brother as a mum all by herself she truly is the best mum in the world

as her cancer has changed and progressed it has put us all on edge for things to happen such as growth and changing of treatments to chemotherapy and other means of treatment which has affected my mum in many ways both psychically and mentally giving her stress no person with her condition especially her needs

recently in 2022 summer she was rushed to hospital after an emergency at home where she passed out and showed very serious problems such as slurred speech and neurological issues we then found out the worst news at the time we could have gotten which is that it spread to her brain now limiting her in many other ways in her life aswell as meaning her times with us has been shortened

she had to undergo two serious emergency brain operations to attempt to reduce the size of her brain tumor that could have killed her and now we know her time with us is very limited and her condition is getting a lot worse

this reason for this Go Fund me Campaign is to raise money for my mum to experience stuff go to places and have time to herself to enjoy and make ever so dire memory’s with everyone before she passes and to complete her bucket list and wishes
