Help fix Josh's Broken Neck
Donation protected
The aftermath of Hurricane Irma has not been so kind to the Taylor family. On 9/11, Josh slipped and fell while cleaning up debris and broke the C7 in his cervical spine. He has pain and numbness in his left arm and side and has minimal use of this side as well. ( He is left handed, so this poses a large problem)
After meeting with the Neurospinal surgeon, we are going to go with the conservative approach right now. 4 weeks of physical therapy, 3 times a week, and if he still has limited mobility in his left arm, surgery will be the only option to allow him to gain back full quality of life. Most of you know, Josh works full time as a teacher and also part time for Beall's Corporate. He will be unable to drive or work his second job. If surgery is the ultimate outcome, he will need 4 weeks to recover and will not be able to work during that time. We are asking for help from all of our family and friends so that we can maintain his medical bills and keep our household running. Anything anyone can help with is greatly appreciated and will help us during this difficult time.
XOXO
