Makayla's Medical & Education Fund

Three year old Makayla Polasek tragically lost her mother Brittany Polasek on Monday morning, September 11, 2017!  Makayla's Grandparents will manage this fund for Makayla that will only be used for her future education or emergency medical expenses over the years ahead.  Thank you in advance for any amount that you may be able to contribute!
