Majors ACL Surgery

In April i rescued this quirky pit bull named Major! He came from a bad past and rescuing him changed his life and mine.  A month ago we noticed he was babying his back left leg and thought it was a pulled muscle. After 2 weeks of him not getting better, we had him checked out and they said it was a sprain and to rest and take meds. Another week or so go by and he’s not improving so we take him back for an X-Ray and it came back as a ACL tear. After constant rest and meds he still wasn’t improving so we decided to go with surgery. They would go in and explore to see where the tear is coming from and repair it. Vet bills can be outrageous expensive and surrendering him would be the only option for him to go through with the surgery but he is forever mine and I REFUSE  to give up on him.
