Maizie's memorial bench

Donation protected
As most of you know, we tragically lost our sparkly angel Maizie Ferrett on the 1st July 2020 after a long and difficult battle against mental illness.

Maizie was bright, funny, sparkly, giggly, energetic, caring and generous. She loved people unconditionally and words cannot describe the hole she's left in the lives of the hundreds of people who loved her.

As you may know due to the current pandemic Maizies memorial service was in limited attendance and due to other personal circumstances, we were unable to have a proper funeral for her. There was no burial, service or cremation that she was able to be present for nor is there anywhere to go for those who want to remember her. We handmade a small memorial in Kingsnorth gardens where she loved to giggle in the sun but unfortunately it wasn't permitted which is why we're now opting for the permanent alternative.

Maizie didn't deserve to leave this world without anything to remember her by, she loved Kingsnorth gardens and even spoke of how lovely the gesture of Sophies memorial bench there was. And for the friends who were unable to attend any kind of memorial for her I hope this would offer the closure they deserve. We deserve a way to remember Maizie in the place she was happiest, sat on the sunny grass in a bright pink glittery tutu sipping box wine in Kingsnorth.

Please help us make her legacy live on, and if we happen to exceed the target money then any additional donations will go to Mind, the charity that offer free 24hr support for mental health.

Thankyou so much for your time, lets make our girl proud x
