Maine Survivors' Counselling Fund

I am seeking help to pay 875$CDN in counselling which the Roman Catholic Church promised to pay and now is now not paying. The counselling was to treat a recent relapse of PTSD related to sexual abuse I experienced starting at age 15, and perpetrated by Rev. Michael Doucette, priest of the Diocese of Portland, Maine. Although the Bishop of Maine promised to pay for counselling for survivors who came forward, the Diocese of Portland has decided not to pay this bill, and has ended all further options for future counselling for me. Here is a link to the Portland Press Herald Story on the case:"Former Biddeford man, abused by priest, loses court battle over $875 counseling payment"
