Medical expenses for Madx Duval Ramirez

Donation protected
Madx Duvall came into this world surprising us all on September 7, 2019. He was 2 pounds and 14 inches long and between 30 to 35 weeks gestational. The next day the doctors diagnosed him with Hydranencephaly (where the front hemispheres or cerebrum of the baby's brain are missing) and 2 weeks later he was diagnosed with diabetes insipidus (a lack of the hormone vasopressin) he is definitely a fighter and is now 1 month old at 3 pounds 4 ounces. He is in the NICU with his parents by his side. They have been able to stay at the Ronald McDonald house to be as close to Madx as possible, but Aaron (Dad) is going back to work and will have to drive back and forth to visit Madx and Miranda (Mom). We hope Madx will be home by Thanksgiving but the Doctors are not sure exactly how long he’ll be in the hospital. They just moved into a new apartment and need to finish getting it furnished and ready for when Madx will be ready to come home considering he was such a surprise.
A little about Mom and Dad, they have been together for 4 1/2 years they are both 22 years old, hard workers, honest members of society and will go out of their way to help anyone. They are not asking for handouts just a little help. We all know how expensive a new baby and a new apartment can get.
Any help or awareness of hydranencephaly would be greatly appreciated since it is very rare.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and help spread awareness and share it.
Thank you,
Aunt Pattie
