Kenny And Madison's Journey

October 7th, 2017 was the day Madison and Kenny were to be married.
But, everything changed in one fateful moment on the night of August 19th.
Madison and Kenny were on the return drive home from a fun packed day at the Kentucky State Fair when the day transformed into a terror filled evening with Madison in emergency trauma surgery as doctors fought to save her life.
In one moment, Madison went from napping in the front seat to being nearly killed in a terrible accident that left her with life-threatening head injuries requiring her to be airlifted to Skyline Medical Center.
To save Madison’s life, one of the first surgeries she underwent was to remove her forehead and top of her right eye socket to allow the brain to swell and relieve pressure in her head. We thank God Madison survived but now, until these areas are reconstructed and replaced, she wears a safety helmet and eye glasses to protect her brain and right eye. Madison is uninsured and surgery is very expensive. Madison is in urgent need of your support and donations to help continue her treatment so she can get back to her wedding plans and returning to a happy and fulfilling life.
All of the donations are being used to pay for Madison’s medical expenses – specifically, 100% of funds raised will be allocated to her hospital stay, treatment path, physician bills, any operations she may need, rehab and travel expenses when commuting to and from the hospital.
For those who know Madison, she is a quiet, sweet young lady who has kept a smile on her face, even during the past weeks of painful surgeries, rehab and postponed plans.
As Kenny’s mom and soon-to-be Madison’s mother-in-law, I am asking for your support on behalf Madison and her amazing family.
