Ma. Elena we love you, we are here for you

Dear friends, family and compassionate people reading this,

We are writing this on behalf of Maria Elena Kujan. 
Maria Elena is an amazing woman; we might even call her a modern-day Wonder Woman: always independent, determined, hard-working, brave, responsible. Above all those good qualities perhaps is her kindness and love for all the people around her; that is what makes her who she is, a dear friend, incredible sister, supporting daughter, remarkable mother, reliable cousin, lovely niece and aunt, and more. We could go on forever! 

She always has a smile on her face, always has a hug for a friend and a meal for anyone that needs it. We don’t know how she does it, she has light inside that shines and illuminates everyone around her. 

Maria Elena was diagnosed with stomach cancer about 2 years ago, and received treatment, chemotherapy and radiation, always with a positive attitude. She has been fighting like a champion, with a beautiful smile always in her face. 

This champion now needs us. Her cancer has spread, and is not only in the stomach but it has taken other organs. She needs us, our prayers, our love, and she also needs our help in other ways. That is why we are setting up this page for her.

Maria Elena has given so much over the years and now is our chance to give her some of that back. She is not alone, she has a lot of people that love her and are here for her, near and far. 

We ask for your kindest help. No donations are too small, every small amout counts. Please, consider donating through this page. All funds will go directly to Maria Elena, to cover her living expenses for the upcoming months and assist with medical expenses not covered by her insurance.

Queridos amigos, familia y personas con compasión,

Estamos escribiendo a nombre de Maria Elena Kujan. Maria Elena es una mujer increíble, ella es la Mujer Maravilla de nuestros días; siempre independiente, determinada, trabajadora, valiente, responsable. Pero sobre todas esas excelentes cualidades, su bondad y el amor por todas las personas que la rodean es lo que la hace ser ella, una amiga querida, una hermana increíble, una hija presente para sus padres, una madre como no hay otra, una prima que siempre está cuando la necesitas, una sobrina y tambien una tia amorosa, etc. Podríamos continuar con sus bondades por siempre.  

A Maria Elena le diagnosticaron cáncer al estómago hace 2 años, y en aquel entonces comenzó su tratamiento, con quimioterapia y radiación, siempre con una actitud positiva, peleando como una campeona, con una sonrisa bella siempre en su rostro. Pero ahora esta campeona nos necesita. Su cáncer se ha extendido a otros órganos. Ella necesita nuestras oraciones, nuestro amor, y también nuestra ayuda de otra manera. Es por eso que hemos creado esta página para ella.

Maria Elena nos ha dado mucho a través de los años, y ahora tenemos la oportunidad de darle un poquito de regreso. Ella no está sola, tiene muchas personas que la amamos y estamos con ella cerca y lejos. Por favor, acompáñanos a ayudarla. No hay donación que sea pequeña, cualquier cantidad, por pequeña que sea, ayuda.
