Hurricane Harvey Recovery

Dear Family and Friends,
As I write this, our area continues to be threatened by one of the largest storms to hit the United States.  Luckily, a friend and some strangers braved the storm to help get my family to safety.  We are currently safe and staying with family of our friend.  They have opened their home to the whole family (dogs included), and we are eternally grateful.  As we wait out the storm, we pass the time talking to family and friends, and anxiously thinking about the future.  Many of our friends have offered to help in any way they can.  Unfortunately, their is very little that can be done right now, as everything is still flooded.  However, the house that we had recently purchased was flooded, and we were unable to get our vehicles out.  Much of the damage will not be covered y insurance, and we don't know how or when the insurance will deal with the massive amount of claims in the area.  If you feel like contributing to help us rebuild and can spare a few dollars, we would be extremely grateful.  If you cannot spare any financial assistance, we would greatly appreciate your thoughts and prayers.
