Wayne Morris Medical Fund

During a recent physical it was revealed that Wayne had an abnormally high PSA count. His doctor referred him to a specialist who performed a biopsy and took 12 samples. The results of that biopsy showed that two (2) of the samples were positive for cancer. The doctor then sent Wayne for a MRI to see if there was any evidence that the cancer had spread and it had not (Praise God). The doctor gave Wayne two options for treatment. The first was total removal of the prostate or a less evasive method called HIFU which has recently been approved by the FDA. Wayne has chosen the HIFU treatement option. The treatment is covered by his insurance, however, the machine and doctor services used to perform this treatment is not covered by insurance. Therefore, he finds himself needing to raise $27,000.00. In order to help with this cost we have set up this go-fund-me site. We are not trying to put undue pressure on anyone to help with this cost but many of you have asked how you can help. This is one way.
