Baby Charlotte is 6 months old, she was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect before birth called TETRALOGY OF FALOT, (it occurs in 1 baby out of 10,000), which requires life saving open heart surgery.
Catrina and Matthew have had to go to Melbourne with Charlotte for her surgery which is happening this week, they will have to stay in Melbourne for approximately 2 weeks, any financial assistance would help this lovely family out with their expenses while away and unable to work. Charlotte will require many visits back and forth to Adelaide for follow up appointments.
