Mike has given thousands of volunteer hours to his community as a firefighter. Now, it's OUR turn to give back to him in a show of support as he battles the fire of a lifetime, an insidious cancer known as APL (acute promyelocytic leukemia).
This is an uncommon form of an ugly disease and he and his family need our prayers and any financial support we can offer.
Every dollar counts and 100% of the funds raised will help defray the costs of his care and the family's expenses associated with this battle.
They would never ask for help which is exactly why I am--because I KNOW we all want to pitch in for someone who has done so much for so many!
