Debbie Trinkle medical expenses

We learned in Sept. of 2014 that my mom, Debbie Thaxton Trinkle had a mass in her left lung and bilateral renal blockage. After months and months of trying to find a physicians that would see her due to no insurance we were referred to UTMB in Galveston for further testing. The physicians at UTMB have been following her case, tests and fighting with the hospital to get the further testing she needs for proper diagnosis.  Although she has a cancer policy, she does not have medical insurance and is being seen at UTMB as a "private pay" patient. We found out in January after a follow up CT scan that not only has the mass grown, but there is now a 2nd mass. The Dr. is unsure if the cancer has spread to her lymphnodes and will only be able to find this out with further testing.  In order to have a biopsy done, we have until Friday to come up with the total amount of the procedure. I have researched countless ways to get help with no success. Each time she is seen by a physician we have to pay out of pocket, which we have been doing for the past 3 months, now we have the cost of the biopsy on our hands. I am reaching out to our friends and family who have been beside us praying and sending their love to help us.
