Storms treatment
Donation protected
Hi my name is Emma Bagnall and my beautiful 12 week old puppy Storm has went through the worst imaginable. He has contracted a fatal rare bacterial disease called Leptospirosis which is often contracted via rat urine. The
disease can affect animals and humans.
Symptoms range from gastroenteritis
to liver and kidney failure. Storm has kidney and liver failure, jaundice and this horrible disease. He is currently being treated in intensive care at the Small Animal Specialist Hospital in Sydney. An outbreak occurred in Sydney from
2017 to 2020 and infected 17 dogs
within three kilometres of Surry Hills, all 17 dogs died. The vets didn’t think Storm would make it through the first night and suggested we not go through with the treatment due to the severity of his symptoms as generally the outcome is bleak. My beautiful Storm is beating the odds and has survived 1 week so far. Please could you help us and donate towards Storms treatment? Any amount, no matter how small will help. Thank you in advance.
