Help Shelly Buy a vehicle

As most of you know this past year has been very rough. Started with being in and out of the hospital since April 2014. Almost dying a few times. Due to missing so much work from being sick I lost my job. My sister was taking care of me. Taking me back and forth to doctors and hospitals and covering any bills and meds I needed. Well she ended up losing her job and house. Her and her son moved in with me. Well then my newphew totaled my car. I only had liability insurance. So I won't be getting anything for it. Now I am getting better and looking for a job but I need a vehicle to go back and forth. So I am coming to you with a humble heart and asking if anyone can help with any amount it would be greatly appreciated. I know some people will not agree with me asking for help and that's okay. It's very hard for me to ask this. But as I have been told from many, if people don't know you will never get help if you don't ask?
