Odyssey of the Mind World Finals

We are the 5th grade Odyssey of the Mind team from Crystal Lake Elementary School in the  Benzie Central School District. Odyssey of the Mind is an International Educational Program that provides creative problem-solving opportunities for students.   Our team placed 1st at the State Finals Competition after advancing there from a 1st Place finish at the regional level. We are now preparing for a trip to the World Finals in East Lansing, Michigan. We are the only team advancing from Benzie County and only 1 of 4 advancing from the Region, which includes all of Northern Michigan. We have been working since October to write our own script, build our sets and make our costumes. We are very excited to represent our community at this prestigious event.
