Mission Trip to Russia

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
I am blessed and honored to be going to Russia to spread the knowledge of Jesus Christ. I am cordially inviting you to partner with me through prayer and finances. This trip to Russia is for 10 days from April 15th to April 25th 2015 with an estimated cost of $3000.00. I am believing for well over that amount to be able to assist those that may not have enough to fully fund their mission trip. I am also praying for provision to be able to sow into the missionaries already established in Russia that are currently spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Most of you know I am a woman of few words. However, today I want to share a little bit of my journey with you. First let me say God loves all of us, no matter what you’ve done or are going to do. His love never changes!
Fifteen years ago, I found myself in a situation where I did not know how I got there or how to get out of it. As I sat in the middle of the floor crying my eyes out and asking God why, why me? He answered not with words but, with love. Yes love!!! At that point, I am clueless about God and His love. The only thing I could say was I believed He would take care of me and that is exactly what He did. It was several years before I stopped to look back, but when I did I was able to see God’s hand in my life! It was at that point I knew I never wanted to live without Him!
I did not know how to start my walk with the Lord. I was not raised in a home that believed in going to church or really believed in God. With the help of the Lord, I found a church home where the Pastor was rooted in the Love of God. Several years later, my husband and I moved to Texas where God blessed me with strong women of God who came along side of me and taught me about the love, grace, and mercy of God. We also found a church home where the Pastor strongly believed in discipleship where he taught God’s people to go out and spread the Word of God. Being in Texas gave me a solid foundation of Christ and His purpose for my life.
However my experience in Texas was only for a season, and leaving Texas for Florida was one of the hardest things my husband and I had to do. However, this was where we were called to live and within 7 months of being in Florida I was lead to enroll in Charis Bible College. This was weird because the only campus I knew about was in the State of Colorado. But to my surprise and God’s purpose a satellite campus had just opened up less than 10miles from my home.
This is my 3rd year at Charis Bible College and it has been exciting, taxing, joyous and fulfilling all at the same time. Prior to graduating, all students are required to go on a mission trip. Charis Bible College requires our mission trip be outside the United States, exposing us to the possibilities of becoming missionaries. Therefore, I am thankful for the opportunity to share this exciting experience with you. Please follow me on Facebook as I will be updating and documenting my travels with photos and testimonies.

2 Corinthians 9:7 You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.
