Lyme Disease Awareness Walks

Donation protected
On Monday April 22nd, Brad completed the first 350 kilometers of a trek to Ottawa.  He used the GO Train and Bus System to walk from Hamilton to Newcastle.  Now with the GO Transit system behind him he has only, yes only, 375 kilometers remaining. This summer Brad and his team are ramping up awareness and and support for this important cause.

Brad has been battling Chronic Lyme Disease since December 2015 when his heart stopped and he passed out. It stopped 7 more times before he received a pacemaker in June 2017. Now he  has completely revamped his diet and has been walking, a lot. Up to 47 kilometers in one day. His Chronic Lyme symptoms are under control well enough, he has taken on this huge personal challenge.

His efforts  are inspiring for people around the world who are unable to get out and enjoy nature.  Many, have Lyme disease. They say, they see hope for their own improvements and are rooting Brad on from their corners of the globe. Your support  may help Brad, help them, more than you can imagine!
