Lyal's Chemo Treatment

In March my Dad underwent surgery and they had an x-ray of his lungs that was clear.  By September my Dad could not breath well and went to the Dr and just in that short time had grown two tumors the size of a fist and his lung was full of liquid.  My Dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer.  He was given 6 months without treatment and a year with treatment.  He opted for Chemo and has been taking it like a champ.  He has lost his hair but says it makes him go faster!  My Dad has the best attitude and is living his life every day.  My Dad has insurance but his co-pay is $250 every week for his treatments.  He and my step-mom are on a very fixed budget and don't have the extra money to make the co-payments.  I can't imagine him leaving my step-mom with the bills that are accumulating.  My Dad is one of the kindest souls here on Earth and would not want to burden anyone.  I have litterally never heard my Dad say a bad word about any one person EVER.  His heart is bigger than anyone's I know.  They have already accumulated over $3000 in bills and have months to go.  Please find it in your heart to help this man with an incredible heart!
