Homeless,Talented Photographer

For the last 3 years I have been living in the woods here in Vero Beach, Florida. It was a scary thing coming to the realization that this is the only thing I could do,then actually doing it was even more so.... After my Mom died I did not handle it well,she had left me her small home in 2007 and while in probate the bottom fell out of the market and lost it. I had worked in this town since 1984,mostly in restaurants. Worked at Wal-Mart for two years part time so I could take care of Mom, not long after she died, I lost my job and have been looking for work ever since. I am now 60 years old. With a passion for photography and have decided that this passion of mine is the only way out of the woods. I have studied art history and painting at some very good schools and that I felt that this would be the edge I needed to be the best I could be, way more than just picking up a camera like most of us and thinking ,now "I am a photographer" doesn't work that way. To photograph in black and white you have to think...black and white. I started with manual rangefinder cameras some 15 years ago and am largely self taught. I have placed in several shows and have been hired for my work on several magazine covers,portraits and fine art photos.....All done with a "Point and Shoot" camera. Showing my work take's money for framing,etc. I do not have a computer, and the last request for a print I had, they wanted a large print and this is why I need a better camera with a point and shoot camera the chance of making a large print is nearly impossible 12 x 16 is not a large print, I explained this and haven't heard from them since. I need a camera that I can do weddings with,make large prints with, I would like to be successful and with your help maybe I will have a better chance of getting out of the woods. Please consider this and my 23 year old Manx "Kit Kat" who stays with me and protects me. I am looking at a Panasonic Lumix fz 1000 w/ flash... maybe a lap top...fix my bike. Thank You
