Luthier's Pandemic Relief Fund
Spende geschützt
With 2 Open Mics and 10 different bands/acts scheduled each week, an average month would see approximately 200 different artists performing on our stage. For obvious reasons, we have been unable to sell beverages or hold events on premise since March, and have accumulated a significant amount of new debts related to the shutdown. As we prepare for re-opening in a re-structured manner, we are humbly asking for your support in helping us knock down enough of these debts in order to ensure a sustainable future for us here in Easthampton.
These funds will be used for all debts related to rent, utilities, licensing fees, insurance, updating, and re-structuring the space. Many hurdles have already been overcome, and we are confident that our modified business plan will sustain us until vaccines are readily available and restrictions are lifted. We will be making the 2 rooms available for onsite, low-capacity (9 person max), private events starting on 1/15 (reservation/booking requests will re-open 12/15).
Although we truly miss being a local hub for performers and supporters of the arts, we are grateful to be part of a community that is taking the pandemic seriously and doing everything in their power to minimize its spread. We are looking forward to starting up operations again in the safest manner possible, and doing our part in keeping the music alive in Easthampton.
