Send Lute to Peru!

Hey everyone! My name is Lute Davis, and I’m a sophomore student in Bellingham, WA.
Every year, my high school (Explorations Academy ) goes on a month-long international trip to study and explore abroad — and I am one of ten students selected to go to on this year’s trip!
This January I will be traveling to Peru along with nine of my fellow classmates and two teachers. We will be visiting historical sites, hiking in the mountains, doing volunteer work at a Peruvian orphanage, and learning about Incan History and Intensive Spanish with locals at the villages and towns we visit!
This is a really special opportunity. I have always wanted to visit another continent, and this trip will give me a firsthand taste of life in a foreign environment, outside a traditional classroom setting, and a chance to continue bonding and working with my fellow students. This will truly be an unforgettable experience that I will remember for a lifetime!
My goal is to raise $1,900 to help pay for the cost of this month-long trip. Any more that we raise enables us to add more adventures during our trip (like sand-surfing and upgrade lodgings).
