Luta contra Cancro Raro Fight against Rare Cancer

My name is Karyna Lopes, I'm 29 years old. I was diagnosed 2 years ago with Clear Cell Sarcoma Grade ||| (Very rare tumor. Only 1% of the population has sarcomas) located in the Achilles tendon in the right foot and I have been fighting against it since. After the surgery to remove the tumor and by medical order, chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment was started, which ended on 13/06/2021. From then, I was fine, just doing routine exams, which were always fine. Currently, new exams have been requested that show the recurrence of the malignant tumor and bone and lymph node metastases, the cancer has spread to various parts of the body. Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy treatments are no longer recommended, in this case the tumor being cellular the last resort directed to it and with degree of aggressiveness Grade |||, the cellular immunotherapy treatment is recommended, which is only available in Germany, Israel and the USA and the costs of the treatment is estimated at around 45,000 euros. I am asking for help from anyone who can, to contribute in my fight against cancer and in favor of life. 

 I need to start the treatment as soon as possible so that there are no more Metastases and the treatment can be effective.

Fui Diagnosticada ha 2 anos com Sarcoma de Células Claras Grau ||| (Tumor Raríssimo. Apenas 1% da população tem sarcomas) localizado no tendão de Aquiles no pé direito e venho lutando contra o mesmo.

Sendo feita a cirurgia de remoção do tumor e por ordem médica, deu-se inicio ao tratamento de Quimioterapia e Radioterapia que terminou em 13/06/2021. A partir dai fiquei bem, fazendo apenas exames de rotina, que deram sempre tudo negativo.

Atualmente foram pedidos novos exames que apresentam a reincidência do tumor maligno e metástases óssea e línfona, o cancer espalhou-se por varias partes do corpo. Já não sendo recomendados os tratamentos de Quimioterapia e Radioterapia, neste caso o tumor sendo celular o último recurso direcionado a esse e com agressividade de grau ||| é o tratamento de imunoterapia celular estando ele disponível apenas na Alemanha, Israel e EUA e valor do tratamento estima-se em cerca de 45000 euros.

Peço ajuda a quem puder, contribuir nesta minha luta contra o cancro e a favor da vida pois preciso iniciar o tratamento o mais rapidamente possivel para que não haja mais Metástases e o tratamento seja eficaz.

Luto pela vida, luto pela minha filha de 7 anos que depende única e exclusivamente de mim e dos meus recursos para viver.
