Luna, a 7-month-old, female, Jack Russel/Chihuahua cross, experienced a brutal attack by an unprovoked 27-year-old man, jumping inside of the vehicle's window.
Luna was ferociously choked and beaten.
Luna has sustained injuries, with help from the public Luna will be able to be on the road to full recovery.
All contributions will go directly to Luna's vet bills and possible future issues that may occur from the attack.
Luna has been a source of light in my life since she joined the family. Luna gives so much affection, love, and endurance.
There is a full understanding of how COVID-19 has affected many, and with whatever help is offered, it is greatly appreciated.
Luna and I deeply appreciate all the effort and help that was put in by the public, stepping in and removing Luna from the devastating attack. Thank you to the veterinary staff at Columbia Square Animal Hospital that were able to adapt and accommodate to urgent needs. If the goal raised is more than the total cost of the vet bills all remaining donations will get sent to animal abuse relief charities. Unsure of the cost for vet bills, $4000 will be used, $2000 will be put aside for future problems that can arise.
