Luna Love
Donation protected
Luna showed up in our neighborhood just after the Big Memorial Day Storm, obviously having given birth, terrified of people, and bony. We found her one puppy, the luscious little Lambchop, then continued to feed her and figure out how best to catch a dog that bolted at the mere sight of a human.
Well, two heroes caught her, but she needs a great deal of vet care and special-needs training. She needs spay surgery, probably heartworm treatment, boarding, vaccinations, etc. We're pretty sure she's deaf, and that will require special hand-signal training, which could quickly get expensive. We have not been able to find her a foster. I have personally pledged $500 outside the overall goal to her care; she's at Utopia Animal Clinic under my name. If there are leftover funds, that money will go to Utopia's stray fund, and will help other animals in dire need.
PLEASE HELP! No donation is too small! I adjusted the goal from $2500 to $1500, as her costs may not run as high as initially anticipated.
