Help The Smacks get to Colorado!

Dear Potential Supporters:
Greetings, we are the Lumbersmacks! The “A” team of the Muddy River Rollers.
We are Moncton’s premier, and only, women’s Roller Derby League.
Since our inception four years ago we’ve risen to become the reigning three- time undefeated defending Atlantic Canadian Regional Champions and are ranked in the top 20 teams in Canada, currently at number 16. We have also earned the title of the First Official
WFTDA team on the East Coast of Canada, the WFTDA is the governing body of our sport akin to the NHL, NFL and NBA.
This season we are looking to bring our unique brand of east coast athleticism to our first official WFTDA tournament in Colorado. With a team of sixteen skaters, two coaches and a lovely beaver mascot, we are hoping that through you and your generous donations our team can reach its goal and travel to Colorado for this once in a lifetime opportunity!
The funds gathered from this fundraiser will go towards helping the Smacks team members with travel expenses, and accomodations while away in Colorado.
