Welcome to Luke's Journey to Recovery! Thursday Evening Jan 4th 2024 Luke along with his two dogs Gilbert & Eloise were involved in a serious car Accident. The jaws of life were used to extract Luke from his vehicle. He was transported to Sanford Hospital in Fargo ND. Upon arrival Doctors confirmed he suffered from a C5 and C6 Cervical Fracture along with a Broken nose. Luke will have a very long road to recovery. He will be in the Hospital for an extended period of time. There are a lot of unknowns at this time as they are managing his nerve pain and Function due to Central Cord Syndrome. We are hopeful that with physical therapy Luke will make a Full recovery. Gilbert and Eloise are at home and feeling better every day!
