Luke Halldorson's Funeral Fund

First of all, thank you for clicking onto this link. Luke would appreciate anyone reaching out to him and our family (as so many of you already have). Your kind words and memories bring such happiness to our lives and at times sadness only because we miss Luke so much. Luke will live on in our memories and he will visit us when he is most needed in our lives. As you may already know, Luke passed away suddenly and tragically on February 13th 2018. He did not suffer and it was not deliberate. Luke loved life and lived it with such zest. It is very very difficult to accept that he is gone. Throughout Luke’s life he struggled with deep rooted pain. For many years he suffered from it and tried so desperately to numb it. Around 2 years ago, he owned that pain and turned his life around. He got healthy, physically and mentally, and took the world by storm. He started dating a lovely girlfriend Meghan and was so excited to father her 8 month old Harlo. He loved them both very very much. If you knew Luke, you’d know that he loved and so desperately wanted to be a great father. Luke is being flown back to us from Calgary to Kelowna. The date of which this is to happen is to be determined. But we have scheduled his funeral to be Saturday March 3rd at 1pm at Springfield Funeral home. We want to celebrate Luke’s life and achievements to the fullest and we want everyone he ever knew to come and celebrate together. We know Luke would want his party to be the best.
