Lucio Santiago

As many of you might already know Lucio Santiago a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, son and friend lost his life to covid-19 . Lucio worked two jobs in the medical field for 20 years, selflessly ensuring that his patients felt safe and received the best care possible. Unfortunately he was exposed to covid while caring for a sick patient and succumbed to the disease on 5/6/2020. He leaves behind his wife and their 4 daughters . Absolutely devastated by Lucio’s passing, we now also face the struggle of procuring the funds to cover the cost of the funeral expenses during this pandemic.It is with a heavy heart that we now ask for your support to help all these upcoming costs. We are so very grateful for every donation during this difficult time. We’ve started a fundraiser to collect donations for Lucio’s funeral. Lucio Santiago era un amoroso esposo, hijo, padre, hermano, tío y amigo. Era querido por su familia, así como por todos sus compañeros de trabajo y pacientes. Él fue uno de los primeros en ayudar a combatir el virus, trabajando en dos trabajos como asistente de enfermería. Se contagio con COVID-19 a través de un paciente que estaba cuidando en su trabajo nocturno. Trabajó en hogares de ancianos y hospitales durante 20 años, siempre asegurándose de que sus pacientes se sintieran seguros y recibieran la mejor atención posible.Queremos recaudar lo suficiente para cubrir los gastos del funeral.
