DesperatelyNeed electric wheelchair

We have been having alot of financial problems and I have alot of pain in my legs and need a wheelchair. My son has Down Syndrome and has to push me around and I am trying to get an electric wheelchair so he doesn't have to push me anymore. He is starting to have knee pain and he has been complaining. I have had cancer in the past and  have constant pain due to arthritis and fibromyalgia. I have many health problems. So far I have been denied SSI four times.  My daughter was supporting me and my son but she lost her job at Dollywood.  I need the wheelchair in order to do  grocery shopping and to make me able to go out of the house more.  We are having trouble paying our bills, and if my daughter doesn't find a job soon we could lose our house. We have no family that can help us because they have all died from cancer. I lost my mom, dad, grandma and stepdad to cancer. I had breast cancer and they took all my lymph nodes under my armpit and as a result I have had constant pain in that arm for over 8 years. I cannot go out anywhere without a wheelchair.  I need a lightweight one that folds up and goes in my car because I do not have a handicapped accessible van. I was hoping to get one in the next month.  It would help me to be more independent.  I can't even go to Walmart because they never have a working wheelchair to use. I cannot walk all through the store any more.  I need a wheelchair for when I need to go there to get my prescriptions.  If I could get an electric wheelchair it would make my downs son so happy! He's been wanting me to get one. We also need $325 for our house payment so we don't lose our home. We need $16,000 to totally pay off the amount due  and the mobile home would be ours! My kid's dad wants nothing to do with them and has not had to pay support for Craig (even though he is handicapped) for the last ten years. The state thinks that the dad's responsibilty ends at 18 but the mom has to pay all the bills and clothe and feed the child for the rest of their lives. Doesn't seem quite fair.
