Lori, her husband, and her pets have all been temporarily displaced due flooding. Along with needing to assess damage to her house and foundation, they have lost their furnace, hot water tank, washer, dryer, bedroom furniture, and other personal items. While they are able to get support and insurance payments, it will not cover the full cost of the repairs or replacement of items lost.
