Those of us who are lucky enough to know John and Kaley are inspired by their strength and love for one another as they fight John's illness.
In May 2011, John was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). He went through roughly two years of chemotherapy, but by God’s grace and with the support of family and friends, they made it to the other side of healthy. After the leukemia returned in May 2015, John received news he was in remission after enduring more chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant. In September 2016, his fight continues as a biosy revealed leukemia cells. He is currently facing more chemotherapy and a bone marrow biopsy was for December.
Like the saying "when life hands you lemons make lemonaid," Kaley and John have become expert makers of lemonaid. We are raising money for John and Kaley to help with life's expenses and medical bills and to make their lemonaid a little sweeter.
