Love for Dylan Moir

My son Dylan very sadly passed away on the 7th may he was 5years old.
Dylan had multiple complex needs and lived with very poor health.
He was in and out of hospital his whole life and pulled through things medical professionals didn't think he would. Throughout everything illness, disability operations it didn't matter what Dylan kept the biggest most beautiful smile on his face. Anybody who met him was touched by his beautiful nature.
He was an amazing little boy who fought so hard to be here for so long.
Dylan was wheelchair dependant, he had cerebral palsy, epilepsy and was registered blind he needed 24hour care.
I left work three years ago to become his full time carer.
Tho dylan had a beautiful relationship with his father and stayed with him two nights a week.
I'm a single mum who has neurological disability of my own.
Only 20 months ago I buried Dylan's baby brother Lukus who was sadly stillborn in sept 2015.
I don't have a lot of money
I would love nothing more than to give my brave little boy the send off he deserves.
I am so very proud to have been that little boy's mother, he will be deeply missed by us all.
