Love and Support for Jenn Hall

On August 30, Jenn was in a car accident. She was rear ended and what was initially thought to be just a concussion and whiplash, turned out to also be a broken collar bone AND a broken hand. If you know Jenn, then you know that she gives of herself to so many people on a daily basis, but that she doesn't ask for anything herself because she is a Superwoman and Supermom. It's the strong people in our lives that we need to remember to take care of too, so here is a way for those of us who care about Jenn and want her to know that she is loved and that her tribe (which includes her friends, family, students and fitness colleagues all over the world) is here for her while she is in the healing and recovery process. If you know anything about fitness professionals, you know that our biggest fear is getting injured or sick or having something happen that prevents us from teaching our classes or leading our workshops and trainings, because this is how we make a living and if we don't work, we don't get paid. And while insurance helps some, it doesn't even begin to cover all of Jenn's costs and expenses associated with daily doctor visits, emergency care, physical therapy, xrays, exams, prescriptions...and that doesn't even include the day to day household expenses (the donation goal is only a fraction of the total amount needed, but it is a start and will be a tremendous blessing). All of these are things that Jenn needs help with. Jenn still has at least a few weeks of laying low and staying still (which you know is the worst part for her), and she hopes to be able to get back to doing what she loves (which is helping all of us lead happy and healthy and fit lives) in early October. But the income she has lost and is still losing, in addition to the bills piling up, can leave a tremendous burden even when her physical body is healed. So over the next 2 weeks, we are asking those who love her to help with a donation in any amount so she doesn't have to worry and can focus on getting herself back to her fit and fabulous self again.
