Love & Support to help in Zane’s care and recovery

Zane was in a car crash September 23rd. We are so thankful he is still here with us.
The crash resulted in both of his feet being crushed. He had surgery on both of them resulting in screws and pins. The metatarsals, and the fibula were broken in both feet. His right talas completely shattered and they are making a prosthetic talas now.

 Zane will have surgery again in November to put the prosthetic in. There may be more surgery and fusing of bones depending on the outcome of this next surgery. 

This accident has left Zane without an income and in need of  24/7 care. I am taking care of him but that leaves me also with no income.

Unfortunately there was a lapse in car insurance. Zane was in the process of transferring the vehicle into his name and getting it insured. We also learned the insurance he had through work doesn’t cover car accidents. 

This remains a huge obstacle in obtaining help from outside sources.  The other avenues that would normally be an option are also being challenged and affected by this factor.

Zane has medications, doctors visits, hospital bills, another upcoming surgery, possibly more surgeries, and will need months of physical therapy.

They are saying the earliest would be six months before much weight can be put on his feet. Until then it is no weight bearing at all. They say this could be a year or two to full recovery.

Of course I believe in a miracle working God and believe these reports will be challenged with great testimonies of the power and provision of the Lord God Almighty Maker of heaven
and earth.
