Louise’s ACL Surgery

About a month ago Louise was so excited to play in the nearly 2 ft of snow we got... it’s her favorite time of the year! But, when she came back in, she couldn’t walk anymore. We took her to our local vet and were informed that our sweet, goofy Louise tore both of her back ACLs and we needed to see a specialist for surgery. Today we met with the orthopedic surgery vet and we were told that she will need a roughly $5,000 surgery on each side. She needs a pretty invasive surgery due to her size, called TPLO or Tibial-plateau-leveling osteotomy, to change the angle and stabilize her knee joint. We have some money saved up for this, but overall it is quite a large, unexpected expense, so if anyone can spare a donation to put towards her surgery fund, it would be greatly appreciated!
