Louise Lomax funeral costs

My elderly grandmother, Louise Lomax, 94 years old passed away on February 26th. She was a mother to two children, a grandmother of four grandchildren, a great-grandmother of six great-grandchildren, and a host of great-great grandchildren. She was a God-fearing Christian, a prayer warrior, always reading her Bible even though she only had a 3rd grade education.  If you ever needed prayer you sought her out. She always worked tirelessly to help in the community that she lived in and everyone was happy to see her beautiful smile and receive a huge hug from her.

For the past 10 years, she has lived with my mother and I after my grandfather passed away. She was a strong force in our household and a great inspiration for me to be the best person I can be. In fact, she influenced me to pursue a graduate education and was looking forward to attending my graduation. My grandmother was always willing to give advice along with a hug and kiss when I needed it most.

While in graduate school my mother and I were her caregivers. I was only able to work part-time and therefore could not save enough money to cover funeral expenses.  Now that she has passed, we do not have enough money for the funeral expenses or associated expenses.

I am eleven weeks from completing my graduate education and making ends meet right now is difficult with the added expenses. My mother and I would appreciate any help you could provide during our time of loss.
