Cancer Care for Lotus Halligan

My most awesome, kind, caring, generous and loving friend, mother of three, the hardest working entrepreneur who owns a house cleaning business on Bainbridge Island was diagnosed with an aggressive growing breast cancer on March 1, 2017. On March 20th she had her first surgery, her second surgery was on May 10. She found out that on April 15, the insurance company she has been paying for pulled out of the state of Washington. Today she learned she is not eligible for any coverage at all through any company or Medicare. She begins chemo tomorrow morning, she has to pay for a $6000 shot after the first treatment at 9am tomorrow.  She has to pay out of pocket for the treatments which are every three weeks for five months followed by another surgery. Her husband is also self-employed and they had the best insurance they could afford. They don't have the means to cover these treatments. Can you please find it in your heart to help my beautiful friend cover these expenses. Her children need their Mama.
