Lost Wages Relief

I've been out of work since May 29 and my return to work is yet to be determined. I suffered an accident where both bones in my lower leg were broken, above the ankle and below the knee, my kneecap was also dislocated. It's taken two surgeries to repair the damage, two plates and 16 screws, My appointments are now out of pocket since I changed care providers due to improper care. I am not eligible for temporary disability because I am an independent contractor. If you are able to make a donation it will greatly help me recoup lost wages.

Things went well today at the orthopedic surgeons office. He removed the cast and the stitches will come out next week. He will do another follow up and determine whether not I can start physical therapy.
