Lost our vehicle in a car accident

Hi, my name is Karen and I'm fundraising to possibly replace what has been lost in a terrible accident April 16th, 2024. Our means of transportation has been lost that we've only had a couple months. We got in a car accident yesterday with my niece, her 1 year old and my family ((my kids, 9 (disabled with autism and adhd), 8 (disabled with heart issues and adhd), and 6 (adhd)) at a little after 7 p.m. Someone decided stop signs were to good for them and just said f*ck it on 4th st. In Three Rivers, MI. While I was driving down East Broadway. They were in an unplated vehicle and probably were uninsured and unregistered either, they also fled the scene saying to k*ll ourselves in front of my kids. Oh did I mention they had kids too. But I got took in an ambulance immediately for my injuries to the hospital because I got injured and was there for hours, thankfully nothing broke, though I'm extremely bruised in the bones and some visual bruising. kids were completely unharmed, now have no vehicle due to impatient people. Will have to follow up with my doctor, and I make appointments for the kids to be safe. But I guess it could take me weeks to recover from the pain and bruising. Great. Lost our 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, that only had a little over a 150,000, it was on recently purchased a few months back, and had comprehensive coverage on it. Update: getting spine X rays done now.

Funds will be used to replace the vehicle that was lost in the accident.
