Lost my new home to a fire

I literally just moved all my possessions into my apartment, just got all set up, bought furniture and decorated. Hasn't even been a month and my home is gone. The apartment 3 doors down from mine caught fire and the treacherous wind spread the fire like a disease thought-out the entire building. I tried to walk back to the building, it's condemned and the roof is caved in.  Red cross gives a maximum of $500 to cover expenses like clothes and a hotel. I only have the underwear I am wearing, the oversized shoes that my nice new friends gave me, no jacket no nothing and my snake is in a tupperware on a heating pad. I'll have to find a place to stay. I have to buy a tank, heating pads, lights and stuff for inside the tank. I will have to buy work clothes, normal clothes and steel toed boots for work. I'm just so heartbroken. Here I am, with nothing after just getting everything. The ebb and flow is painful and expensive. I appreciate any help.
