Help Mage recover lost Pledge Music funds

In 2018, stoner doom metal band Mage launched a Pledge Music campaign to help them make their 4th album.
They reached their targets but PM only released one payment to them in January, which was short of the due amount.
Since then no further funds have been released by the crowd funding company, to Mage and hundreds of other artists.
In order to uphold the promise made to the supporters, Mage have funded the production and postage of all items. Items that were paid for in trust that the appropriate amount would be handed over to the band.
Mage are an unsigned, semi professional band. Upholding this promise to their very generous fans has created a huge financial debt for them and their families, which may very well affect their ability to continue writing, performing and recording.
The band realise that they have asked a lot of supporters already and they do not expect anything. They are simply hoping to recoup some of their loss.
Any support in doing this would be massively appreciated.
