Loss of work for medical

Off work for  medical issues. Due to unforseen circumstances I have been put off work for 5 weeks for physical therapy to fix my shoulder problems. I I know 2020 has hit a lot of people. Hard. I ask if it is in your heart to help my family out to stay a float during this time please do so. I need help with money to make ends meet and pay bills until. I'm allowed to work again.
