Long Road to Recovery For Bridgett

My very dear friend, and one of the most amazing nurses I've ever met was involved in a very tragic car accident on Monday afternoon. She was medflighted to Baptist hospital, immediately went into very tedious, long surgeries and is now in the critical care unit. She has a broken neck, broken back, all ribs crushed, ruptured spleen, both lungs collapsed, an open break to femur, 11 breaks to pelvis, broken hip, broken clavicle and scapula, a large cut to neck, and many other lacerations and bruises. She has undergone multiple surgeries, is in a medical induced coma, and is on a ventilator for the time being. She has so many people praying for her and lots of friends and family that have strong faith she will pull through all of this! Although she has the emotional support backing her, it unfortunately is not going to pay the medical bills, bills to save her house, pets, and all other belongings while she is in this very long road to recovery. Bridgett is one of the best people anyone could have the opportunity of meeting. She loves very hard, and would do anything for anyone! She was and will hopefully still be able to be the best, most empathetic nurse. She cares for people on a day-to-day basis supporting her title as a Registered Nurse, so it would be forever appreciated if we can give back to her in this time! Any little bit helps!
