Long Live Bruce Initiative
Tax deductible
In the month of February a young bat (given the name Bruce) was discovered on our floor. It was safely captured by a resident on the floor and was then handed over to a UNL employee to handle the situation. Three days later the same resident found the bat left in the same box abandoned on campus and discovered that it had passed away due to the winter weather. Our floor was heartbroken after this discovery and wanted to start a fundraiser to support the Nebraska Wildlife Rehab Inc. to help other animals in need.
