Female Leadership Program

This fundraising platform is on behalf of Sonu Khadka, an incredible Community Health Nurse from one of the poorest Districts in Far Western Nepal. Sonu, has been serving patients in one of the poorest regions of Nepal, often times walking long distances to reach our most vulnerable patients. She is a diamond in the rough and we are working together to help her get into a female leadership program that would take her to 6 countries in 6 months through the Up With People program. Sonu has already received some scholarship for the Up With People program but unfortunately that does not cover all of the funds required for her to make this trip. The funds raised on this platform will go toward the travel costs and associated expenses needed so that Sonu can participate in this program!  An investment in Sonu is an investment in building female leadership in Nepal. Please, please consider donating any amount that you can to support her to get this international leadership training, so she can utilize her learnings and bring them back to build a better Nepal.
